These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website realparsec.com and the provision of CNC machining and metalworking services by Parsec SIA.

By using our website or requesting a quotation, you agree to these terms.

 
1. Services
Realparsec provides CNC machining services, including but not limited to:

CNC milling of metal parts
Small and medium batch production
Prototyping based on customer-supplied drawings and CAD files
All services are provided strictly according to customer specifications.

 
2. Quotations (RFQ)
All quotations are based on the information and files provided by the customer.
Quotes are valid for a limited period unless stated otherwise.
Any changes to design, material, tolerances, or quantities may result in a revised quotation.
 
3. Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for:

Providing accurate drawings and specifications
Ensuring files are correct and manufacturable
Confirming tolerances, materials, and quantities before production
Realparsec is not responsible for errors originating from incorrect or incomplete customer data.

 
4. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
All customer-supplied files, drawings, and data remain the property of the customer.
Realparsec does not claim ownership over customer intellectual property.
All manufacturing information is treated as confidential.
 
5. Payments
Payment terms are agreed individually per order.
For new customers, prepayment may be required.
Invoices must be paid within the agreed payment period.
Late payments may result in order delays or suspension of services.

 
6. Delivery & Lead Times
Lead times are estimates unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Delays caused by force majeure, supply issues, or customer changes are not the responsibility of Realparsec.
Shipping costs and responsibilities are agreed per order.

 
7. Warranty & Liability
Parts are manufactured according to approved drawings and specifications.
Claims must be made within a reasonable time after delivery.
Realparsec’s liability is limited to the value of the supplied parts.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

 
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country of company registration.
